Case Studies These case studies emanate from Parivartan Pariyojana, an ambitious project of UPVHA, launched in September 2002. This project is being implemented in the most poor and underdeveloped districts of Banda and Hamirpur of Bundelkhand region. This project aims at the social and economic development of the villages, by making people aware of their legal rights, and hence showing them the path of progress and betterment.
